DESCRIPTION: Like each nation even Poland is rich in myths and legends. Polish have a lot of beautiful old stories like that of the king Boleslaw and his knights (a legend very similar to the king Arthur one), Janosik (a thief who stole from the rich to give to the poor, comparable to Robin Hood), Rusalka (a very vindictive spirit associated with eroticism, water and power of nature), Krakus and the legendary dragon Slovak and others beautiful legends. Loves, monsters, dragons, religions, wars are the themes of these myths. Why we can know more easily English legends than Polish ones?
